Q&A assists clients in the design of
questionnaires and surveys. We design using a number of different
media: paper, electronic, web-based or on a company's intranet site.
We have experience and expertise in numerous types of survey
including attitude surveys, culture diagnosis, climate surveys,
customer satisfaction surveys and market research.
As part of
the research process Q&A captures responses and
maintains
this information in databases. Where electronic instruments have been
developed, this capturing process can be automated. Focus groups
and direct interviews are also catered for via full text
transcription.
We have
extensive experience in questionnaire analysis using a number of
techniques including: gap analysis, conjoint/trade-off analysis,
performance measurement, benchmarking, training and development
needs analysis, measuring employee attitudes, psychometrics,
360 degree feedback, customer satisfaction surveys and market
segmentation. In addition to quantitative analysis, the team has skills
and experience in qualitative research allowing for the analysis of
text comments.
The results
of the data analysis are displayed in graphical terms using
appropriate methodologies, but ensuring a user-friendly
presentation. In addition, textual interpretation of the results is
provided highlighting trends and points of interest as well as
suggesting implications. Where requested, comparisons between
different classifications are developed and interpreted.
Our
consultancy group provides advice on the appropriate methodology to
use for any particular research project - quantitative or
qualitative. We advise on presentation, methods of data capture,
correct analysis tools and types of reporting.
Use of the Internet as a distribution and collection medium can short-circuit some of the delays in completing a survey project. Add to this the ability to validate the responses while the respondent is completing the questionnaire, and the Internet becomes an important and efficient medium in the survey arena. Q&A has developed a high level of expertise in this
area and can supply Internet-ready questionnaires. In addition to
maintaining complete tracking information, we manage the automated collection of data
and analysis of results.
Managing the complete survey process can be a daunting task. Q&A is experienced in the
complete process and offers a full management service. We distribute the
questionnaires, collect responses and chase late-comers while
offering a complete tracking service to the customer. Generation and
distribution of reports and feedback are included in the service
where appropriate.
