Psychometric analysis plays an important role in organisations today. The Q&A team has experience in the area of psychometric testing and 360 degree feedback. They are fully qualified in the use of a number of instruments including MBTI, FIRO-B, 16PF and Thomas-Kilmann Inventory. The following figure is a sample 360 degree feedback output form that shows an individual's 'self' score (in red) and an average score of 'others' (in blue) who are rating that individual. The closer the gap, the similar the views are between self and others; the larger the gap the greater the difference in perception about that individual. For example, the individual scores signifcantly higher than others on 'Ability to write' and 'Ability to "sell" ideas'.
